Hotel Pre-Opening Services

As part of our hotel management services, a dedicated pre-opening task force will be assigned to the project approximately eighteen months prior to completion of construction. Personnel from our Head Office team will be selected based on their functional area of expertise, market knowledge, language skills and their availability at the time pre-opening would commence.

 

A sample of the types for activities the pre-opening task force would oversee is as follows:

 

  • Develop a recruitment plan and local contracts for employees

  • Prepare a pre-opening budget and an annual budget for year (with GM once recruited)

  • Prepare a Sales and Marketing plan

  • Review Fabulous Abu Dhabi Hotel Management’s policies and procedures and communicate these to the staffs

  • Develop training plans for different departments
